This Week's Menu

On Friday, the wife and I made the two hour trip up to the farm.  While this trip was just a top up, we got a fair amount of delicious options.  We are hoping that the good weather holds and that we can make one more trip before winter really starts to set in.

So I thought that I would share some of the meals that I am planning this week based on what we bought.

We will start tonight with baked steaks.  We bought some ground beef and ground pork for meat sauce and I am thinking about making Stuffing Meatloaf as well.  I am thinking about finishing the week off with a nice Sunday Supper involving pork chops, cranberries, and stuffing.
