Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
- 1 box stuffing mix
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 cup water
- 1 egg
Directions:
- Empty stuffing mix and soup mix into a mixing bowl.
- Add the water, stir together and allow the stuffing mix to absorb the water.
- Add the egg and mix.
- Mix in the ground beef and combine it well.
- Spray a bundt pan with non-stick spray and then press the meatloaf mixture into the pan.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for an hour or until meat is no longer pink.
- Flip onto a dish and garnish or slice and serve!
An excellent way to garnish and present this dish would be to fill the middle with mashed potatoes and gravy.
