Stuffing Meatloaf

A twist on one of my favourite comfort foods.  I am going to make this for a Sunday supper as soon as I buy a bundt pan.

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
  • 1 box stuffing mix
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 egg

Directions:
  • Empty stuffing mix and soup mix into a mixing bowl.
  • Add the water, stir together and allow the stuffing mix to absorb the water.
  • Add the egg and mix.
  • Mix in the ground beef and combine it well.
  • Spray a bundt pan with non-stick spray and then press the meatloaf mixture into the pan.
  • Bake in a 350 degree oven for an hour or until meat is no longer pink.
  • Flip onto a dish and garnish or slice and serve!

An excellent way to garnish and present this dish would be to fill the middle with mashed potatoes and gravy.
