On Friday for the first time in my forty nine years (I started counting backwards at fifty) I took an Uber. Normally, our Ford dealership offers shuttle service when your vehicle is in for maintenance. But business has been slow, which surprises me a little because people still need to maintain their cars, so they have contracted Uber to do it for them.
We had our truck in for its basic maintenance and to swap our snow tires out for our regular tires. Next year, we may invest in a set of all season tires to avoid having to store them. This afternoon, we finally got the tires out of the back seat, which is good because it has to go back in tomorrow for a little recall work.
