Juicy Secret

I have never had any formal training in the kitchen.  I learned to cook by watching my parents and following recipes out of a cookbook.  So when it comes down to it I am pretty much a meat and potatoes type of cook.  That was until my wife got me my recipe - a - day calendar last Christmas.

Now I know techniques like this.  Before juicing a lemon or lime, roll it on a hard surface while pressing down.  This loosens up the juices and allows you to extract more juice.
