Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 3 tbl. honey
- 2 pinches kosher saly
- Fresh ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1 head savoy cabbage
- 2 apples
- 1/2 cup percorino romano cheese
Directions:
- For the dressing: whisk together olive oil, cider vinegar, honey, salt and pepper.
- Thinly slice savoy cabbage.
- Core 2 apples and chop them.
- Using a vegetable peeler, shave 1/2 cup of romano cheese.
- To serve, place cabbage on a serving plate, then top with apples, walnuts, cheese, and dressing.
