Keep It Simple.

When it comes to food, I am a pretty basic guy.  As a kid, we were a meat and potatoes kind of family.  My top three meals are turkey with all the trimmings, spaghetti, and ham with scalloped potatoes.

However, the recipe-a-day calendar isn't as basic as I am.  Sure there have been recipes that have caught my eye that I have posted.  But the majority of them are things like spiced roasted cauliflower, perfect quinoa, and Kale and artichoke frittata.

But do not be surprised if some of these "interesting" recipes show up on my recipe page.  While they are not things that I would necessarily make for myself, they are the kinds of recipes that my wife will like.
