Test Kitchen

I do not try a lot of the recipes before I post them here on my blog.  Although, I have gone back and made many of them again and again after the fact.  But today, I am turning our kitchen into a test kitchen.

My wife has decreed that tonight we are having pulled pork for dinner.  As I have heard many, many times, mostly from my wife, a happy wife means a happy life.  So I found a slow cooker pulled pork recipe on Pinterest.

Actually, I already have it in the crock pot cooking away.  Talk about low and slow, the recipe calls for 8 hours of cooking time.  If dinner goes well tonight, I will post the recipe on Wednesday.  If not...I have 13 drafts ready for posting.
