Who knew that Tik Tok could be educational. I saw a video the other day where the young lady explained that garbage bags (in particular the small white ones) that I would call kitchen catchers are packed inside out; you are suppose to fit it around the mouth of the can and push it down. I just changed the kitchen garbage so I checked; she is right they are inside out.
