Ingredients:
- 4 small potatoes
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. sea salt
- 2 tbsp. garlic powder
- 2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- Black pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cut potatoes into wedges and place in a large bowl.
- Drizzle potatoes with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
- In a small bowl, combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Sprinkle potatoes with seasoning mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Add parmesan cheese and toss to coat.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place wedges on baking sheet approximately 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- Broil the potatoes the last couple of minutes to get the cheese nice and browned.
