Italian Parmesan-Baked Fries

Like my father I have always been a potato fan.  It does not matter if they are mashed, chips, or fries, I love my potatoes.  Here is a delicious way to serve French fries.

Ingredients:
  • 4 small potatoes
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. sea salt
  • 2 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • Black pepper to taste

Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Cut potatoes into wedges and place in a large bowl.
  • Drizzle potatoes with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
  • In a small bowl, combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  • Sprinkle potatoes with seasoning mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  • Add parmesan cheese and toss to coat.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Place wedges on baking sheet approximately 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 35 minutes.
  • Broil the potatoes the last couple of minutes to get the cheese nice and browned.
