First and foremost...Happy Family Day to one and all.
We took possession of our condo on March 15 last year and have now lived here for close to ten months. So instead of enjoying a restful holiday as a family, my wife decreed that we needed to downsize, declutter, and give the place a good spring cleaning. While we did so together as a family it was neither enjoyable nor restful.
