Sit Down Dinner

My wife and I just enjoyed a very nice sit down dinner.  I made "Shake & Bake" pork chops, mashed potatoes (with gravy) and mixed vegetables.  Well it was all wonderful, and now is all gone, it meant using a baking sheet and three of my four pots to cook it.  All I can say is thank God, I have a dishwasher!
