Ingredients:
- 1 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
- 1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1-1/2 tsp dried basil leaves
- 1-1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
- 1-1/2 lb. lean ground turkey
- 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Mix ketchup, cheese, tomato paste, basil and oregano until blended.
- Spoon half the ketchup mixture into large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix just until blended.
- Press turkey mixture into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining ketchup mixture.
- Bake 55 min. or until meatloaf is done
