Another Notch On The Belt

Last night for supper, my wife made us B.E.L.T. sandwiches.  For those who are unfamiliar with what this sandwich includes, let me spell it out for you.
B. acon
E. gg (usually fried or scrambled, but she used egg salad)
L. ettuce
T. omato

The original plan was just to have egg salad sandwiches, which in itself has always been a treat for me.  But I am making the Cowboy Beef and Bean Skillet tonight for supper and only needed a couple of slices of bacon out of the full package, so she improvised.
