Ingredients:
- 2 cups Touch of Philadelphia Shredded Creamy Mozza Cheese
- 1/2 cup non-hydrogenated margarine, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 loaf Italian bread
Directions:
- Heat oven to 425°F.
- Mix all ingredients except bread.
- Slice bread at 3/4-inch intervals almost to bottom of loaf, being careful to not cut all the way through loaf.
- Spread 1 side of each bread slice with cheese mixture.
- Wrap in foil.
- Bake 25 min. Serve warm.
