Ingredients:
- 3 pork tenderloins
- 6 Tbsp. Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
- 9 carrots, quartered
- 1-1/2 lb. fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
Directions:
- Heat oven to 425ºF.
- Place meat in 15x10x3/4-inch pan lined with foil; brush with 3 Tbsp. dressing.
- Toss vegetables with remaining dressing; spread around meat.
- Bake 30 to 35 min. or until meat is done (160ºF), stirring vegetables after 15 min.
- Heat broiler.
- Drizzle meat and vegetables with syrup.
- Broil, 4 inches from heat, 5 min. or until meat and vegetables are browned.
- Spoon vegetables into serving bowl; set aside.
- Cover meat with foil; let stand 10 min.
- Meanwhile, toss vegetables with cheese.
- Slice meat.
- Serve with vegetables.
