Maple-Glazed Pork with Roasted Vegetables

Your roasted pork tenderloins and farm-fresh vegetables will be so much tastier with a drizzle of maple syrup and a balsamic glaze. This baked Maple-Glazed Pork with Roasted Vegetables recipe is a must-try for everyday entertaining.  As always... Kraft recipe, Kraft ingredients.

Ingredients:
  • 3 pork tenderloins
  • 6 Tbsp. Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
  • 9 carrots, quartered
  • 1-1/2 lb. fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese

Directions:
  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Place meat in 15x10x3/4-inch pan lined with foil; brush with 3 Tbsp. dressing. 
  • Toss vegetables with remaining dressing; spread around meat.
  • Bake 30 to 35 min. or until meat is done (160ºF), stirring vegetables after 15 min. 
  • Heat broiler. 
  • Drizzle meat and vegetables with syrup. 
  • Broil, 4 inches from heat, 5 min. or until meat and vegetables are browned.
  • Spoon vegetables into serving bowl; set aside. 
  • Cover meat with foil; let stand 10 min. 
  • Meanwhile, toss vegetables with cheese. 
  • Slice meat. 
  • Serve with vegetables.
