On Wednesday, 12 November, I posted the recipe for stuffing meatloaf (See Recipes page). As part of the introduction I said " I am going to make this for a Sunday supper as soon as I buy a bundt pan." Now I realize that it is only Saturday, but I got my bundt pan for Christmas. So for supper tonight it is a twist on one of my favourite comfort foods.
