Fajitas With Flair...I Hope

Tonight I am making slow cooker fajitas (substituting chicken for beef).  A recipe that I make on a fairly regular basis.  But, tonight I have altered the recipe slightly as an experiment.

Instead of my usual vegetable cocktail that I substitute for the water, I am using bottled strained tomatoes that my wife and I picked up at the market in Little Italy.  I have also combined the fajita seasoning in with the ketchup and tomatoes in hopes of getting a more even coating on the meat and vegetables.
