Ingredients:
- 2 lb. (900 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 1 pkg. (35 g) taco seasoning mix
- 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) diced tomatoes, drained
- 4 Cracker Barrel Monterey Jack with Jalapeno Natural Cheese Slices, quartered
- 16 slider buns
- 1/2 cup salsa
- Heat barbecue to medium heat.
- Mix meat, seasoning mix and tomatoes just until blended.
- Shape into 16 (3-inch) patties.
- Grill 4 min. on each side or until done (160ºF).
- Topping with cheese pieces for the last minute.
- Serve in buns topped with salsa.
