On Saturday, our condo's social committee is hosting a spaghetti dinner. I am responsible for making the meat sauce for the festivities. I realize that it is only Tuesday, but later today I will start prepping to make my sauce.
This afternoon, I am going to chop up the onions and peppers I will need for the 2 batches of sauce that I will be making on Saturday. My wife is going to show me how to use our sealer this evening and once they are vacuum-sealed, I will put them in the freezer until I need them. That way I can skip the most tedious step in making the sauce on Saturday.
