Ingredients:
- 2 tsp. coarse grain dijon mustard
- 2 whole wheat tortillas (8" diameter)
- 2 slices swiss cheese, thinly sliced
- 6 slices roast turkey breast, thinly sliced
- 8 dill pickle slices
Directions:
- Spread the mustard over the tortilla.
- Cut each slice of cheese in half.
- Lay one of the half slices in the center of each tortilla.
- Top each tortilla with 3 slices of turkey breast and 4 dill pickle slices.
- Top with remaining half slice of cheese.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla towards the center, then roll up from the bottom to the top.
- Place a skillet over medium heat and cook the wraps with their seam side down.
- Press down with another skillet, or pot, to gently flatten the wraps.
- Cook for about 3 minutes per side, or until crisp and golden.
- Transfer to a cutting board and slice each wrap in hald diagonally.
