Yesterday, once again, my wife kicked the dog and I out so she could work on the renovations. Instead of taking our usual trip south, we headed west and ended up in Alberta Beach. A small village on the shore of Lac Ste Anne.
We have had a cool, wet summer this year and will likely have an early fall. In fact as we enjoyed a day out yesterday the signs of the changing season were all around us. Not that I am complaining, I have always liked the cool weather of fall (and spring).
Though they were few and far between, the leaves on the tress have started to change. There were kids playing in the playground, but nobody was playing in the water. I do not blame them, the water looked very cold.
