Slow Cooker Weiners and Beans

This recipe is one of my wife's favorite meals.  It is quick and easy comfort food.  I altered the recipe slightly when I misread the label of one of the cans (Can you guess which one).

Ingredients:
  • 8 - 10 hotdogs, chopped and divided
  • 2 cans brown beans in tomato sauce.
  • 1 can chili (usually garden vegetable).

Directions:
  • Layer 1 can of beans in the slow cooker.
  • Add half of the hot dogs.
  • Add canned chili.
  • Add remaining hot dogs.
  • Top with second can of beans.
  • Cook on low for 4 hours (I usually give it a stir and mix everything together after 2 hours).
