Ingredients:
- 6 baking potatoes (Russet)
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- Potato toppings (butter, sour cream, cheese, bacon bits)
Directions:
- Wrap each potato in foil and store in refrigerator.
- Place chicken and BBQ sauce in a large Ziplock bag.
- Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
- Place chicken in slow cooker.
- Cover with foil and place foil wrapped potatoes over chicken.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Shred chicken with forks and serve over potatoes with toppings.
