Slow Cooked BBQ Chicken Baked Potatoes

I found this on Facebook and have been looking forward to trying it.  It is so easy that it really isn't a recipe, more of a non-recipe.  I guess we shall see tomorrow when I make it.

Ingredients:
  • 6 baking potatoes (Russet)
  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • Potato toppings (butter, sour cream, cheese, bacon bits)

Directions:
  • Wrap each potato in foil and store in refrigerator.
  • Place chicken and BBQ sauce in a large Ziplock bag.
  • Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
  • Place chicken in slow cooker.
  • Cover with foil and place foil wrapped potatoes over chicken.
  • Cook on low for 6 hours.
  • Shred chicken with forks and serve over potatoes with toppings.
