"Apartment Sized" Refrigerator

My holiday plan was to join my wife in doing absolutely nothing today.  However, a full Christmas dinner and an "apartment-sized" refrigerator have changed that for me.  There is just no room in our little fridge for the leftover turkey.  So today began turkey stock day to open up some room.
