A Twist On A Favourite

I finally made my pork version of the Chicken and Stuffing Casserole.  I used pork chops, seasoned stuffing mix (I did not have a cornbread stuffing mix), and cream of mushroom soup.  All I can say is my wife's co-workers are going to be so jealous tomorrow at lunch time.
