Skillet Chicken Lasagna Roll-Ups

"Unofficial" Month of Recipes - Day 1

Featuring fresh vegetables, these colourful pasta roll-ups can be cooked right in your skillet.  And the best part, no need to layer!  As always... Kraft recipe, Kraft ingredients.

Ingredients:
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup Touch of Philadelphia Shredded Creamy Mozza Cheese
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Shredded Cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, cut into thin strips, divided
  • 6 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 2 cups Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce

Directions:
  • Mix egg, ricotta and garlic in large bowl until blended. 
  • Add next 4 ingredients; mix well. 
  • Stir in 1/4 cup Parmesan and 2 Tbsp. basil. 
  • Spread chicken mixture onto noodles; roll up tightly.
  • Pour pasta sauce into large skillet. 
  • Add roll-ups, seam sides down. 
  • Spoon sauce over roll-ups; cover. 
  • Bring to boil on medium-high heat; simmer on medium-low heat 20 min. or until heated through.
  • Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan and basil.
