Ingredients:
- 4 small whole wheat tortillas
- 2 tsp. chili powder, divided
- 1/2 lb. extra-lean ground beef
- 2 cups canned black beans, rinsed
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup shredded Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Directions:
- Heat oven to 400ºF.
- Place tortillas in single layer on baking sheet; spray with cooking spray.
- Sprinkle with 1 tsp. chili powder.
- Bake 7 to 8 min. or until crisp.
- Meanwhile, brown meat with remaining chili powder in large skillet.
- Add beans and salsa; cook 4 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in 1/4 cup cheese.
- Top tortillas with meat mixture, remaining cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream.
