Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3 tbsp flour
- 3 cups milk
Directions:
- Preheat frying pan over medium heat.
- Add sausage, breaking it up into crumbles.
- While cooking, season meat with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle flour evenly over meat, stir to coat.
- Slowly stir milk into sausage.
- Let come to a low boil, stirring occasionally
