Sausage Gravy

Biscuits and gravy for Breakfast.  Mashed potatoes and gravy for supper.

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 3 cups milk

Directions:
  • Preheat frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add sausage, breaking it up into crumbles.
  • While cooking, season meat with salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle flour evenly over meat, stir to coat.
  • Slowly stir milk into sausage.
  • Let come to a low boil, stirring occasionally
