My wife and I just got back from our latest adventure. We spent a long weekend in, of all places, Fort St. John B.C. We went there to have a visit with some of her family.
It was almost nothing more than a quick round trip as, let's say, complications arose upon our arrival. My Brother-in-Law has a cat, and due to miscommunication, we did not know our dog was not allowed in the house. He was going to have to stay outside the entire weekend.
As it was not an option for the dog to stay outside all night by himself, my wife and I set up our stuff in the garden shed. However, if you think that the title of this post is suppose to be sarcastic, you would be mistaken. We both loved our accommodations.
We had as much space as we would have if we had lugged our tent. It was quiet and warm, and we slept well. But best of all, I did not have to worry about packing it up wet after it rained.
