"BLT" Pasta

The perfect salad to have for lunch.

Ingredients:
  • 1/3 of 900-g pkg. penne pasta, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Product
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
  • 1/4 cup fully cooked bacon pieces
  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes

Directions:
  • Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, cook cream cheese product, milk and Parmesan in large skillet on medium-high heat 3 min. or until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
  • Add remaining ingredients; cook and stir 5 min. or until heated through.
  • Drain pasta; return to pan. 
  • Add sauce; toss to coat.
