Caesar-Parm Corn On The Cob

Corn on the Cob is a common side dish when I barbeque.  Thought this would be a nice alternative way to serve it.  As always...Kraft recipe, Kraft ingredients.

Ingredients:
  • 4 ears corn on the cob in husks (2-1/2 lb./1.1 kg)
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Creamy Caesar Dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
  • Microwave corn on HIGH 16 min., turning after 8 min. 
  • Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients until blended.  
  • Cut bottom ends off corn cobs. 
  • Carefully remove husks and silk from corn.
  • Spread corn with dressing mixture.

Tip
After cutting the bottom end off each corn cob, grab the corn by the silk end and shake the ear several times to remove the corn from the husks. The cleaned ear should easily fall from the husks through the cut end.
