Ingredients:
- 2 tsp. oil
- 4 boneless pork chops (1 lb./450 g)
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese
- 1 pkg. (8 oz./225 g) sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 jar (700 mL) pasta sauce
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil or 1 Tbsp. dried basil leaves
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese
Directions:
- Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chops; cook 2 min. on each side.
- Transfer to 13x9-inch baking dish, reserving drippings in skillet; sprinkle chops with Parmesan.
- Add vegetables to drippings in skillet; cook and stir 5 to 6 min. or until tender.
- Stir in pasta sauce and basil; cook on medium heat 10 min., stirring occasionally.
- Pour over chops.
- Bake 20 min. or until chops are done (160°F).
- Top with shredded cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Serve with hot cooked pasta.
