Ingredients:
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 2 carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 Yukon gold potato, finely chopped
- 1 cup water
- 1 can (14 fl oz/398 ml) baked beans
- 1/2 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup Kraft Mozza-Cheddar Shredded Cheese
Directions:
- Brown meat in large non-stick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add vegetables; stir.
- Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in water; cover.
- Simmer on medium-low heat 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Add beans and barbecue sauce; stir.
- Cook 5 minutes or until heated through.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
