Holiday Hangover

I loved our little weekend getaway to BC.  It was great to see my stepson and his girlfriend.  It was great to meet my sister-in-law and her husband.  In fact, if by some miracle we had won the lottery, I'd be there right now checking out properties.

Sadly, we did not, and I am force back to reality.  Tuesday was travelling day. Yesterday was getting over travelling day.  So now I have two days to get all my chores done.  I am not complaining.  I can give the whole apartment a good cleaning in about 1 hour if I have to.  I know that doubling up on 2 loads of laundry is not that drastic either.  It just seems to take so much longer.

On the other hand, I do have the enjoyable task of trying to figure out where I am going to put all that great Petty Catwater canning that we brought home.
