Bacon Bruschetta Baguette

Sadly, unlike my Father, I do not live in a climate where I can BBQ all year round.  So I have to fire up the grill as often as summer lets me. Here is a recipe that allows me to fire it up twice for the same meal.  All of the ingredients are listed as Kraft as it is another one of their e-mail recipes.

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
  • 1/2 cup Kraft 4 Cheese Italiano Shredded Cheese
  • 1/4 cup fully cooked bacon pieces
  • 2 plum tomatoes, seeded, chopped
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 baguette, cut lengthwise in half

Directions:
  • Heat barbecue to low heat.
  • Combine all ingredients except baguette halves; spread onto baguette halves.
  • Place on sheet of heavy-duty foil.
  • Grill 8 to 10 min. or until cheese mixture is hot and bubbly, and bread halves are toasted around the edges.
