Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup butter , divided
- 14 Golden Oreo Cookie s, finely crushed (about 1 cup)
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 225-g pkg.) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 2 large banana s, sliced
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 1-1/2 cups cold milk
- 1 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
Directions:
- Melt 2 Tablespoons butter
- Mix with cookie crumbs, reserve 2 Tablespoons crumb mixture
- Press remaining onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
- Microwave chocolate and remaining butter in microwaveable bowl on medium for 1 minute or until butter is melted.
- Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended
- Spread onto bottom of crust.
- Top with bananas.
- Whisk pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes.
- Pour over bananas.
- Refrigerate 4 hours.
- Top with Cool Whip and reserved crumb mixture just before serving.
