I started looking today for housekeeping quotes and jokes.  I guess that I should not be surprised that finding one related to the house husband is challenging.  There are very few men out there who want to be quoted on housework. Nor is housework a common line of material for male comedians.  I guess the closest would be Tim Allen adding "more power" to household appliances.

However, that being said, there are some quotes out there made by women that could easily apply to men as well.  The one listed above by Roseanne Barr for example.  I read it and thought, yeah I'd like that too. After all, how hard would it be to get men more involved in cleaning if it meant they got to ride the vacuum cleaner.
