Crispy Parmesan Baked Potatoes

I think this recipe may well be part of our appetizer buffet on Christmas Eve.  As always Kraft recipe...Kraft ingredients.

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 8 small Yukon gold potatoes, cut lengthwise in half
  • 3 Tbsp. non-hydrogenated margarine, melted

Directions:
  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Mix cheese and garlic powder in shallow dish.
  • Dip cut-sides of potatoes in margarine, then in cheese mixture. 
  • Place, cheese-sides down, on baking sheet; drizzle with any remaining margarine.
  • Bake 30 to 35 min. or until potatoes are tender.
