Barbecue Beef And Rice

A quick and easy recipe that serves two in less than 30 minutes.  As always...Kraft Recipe, Kraft Ingredients.

Ingredients:
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 lb. (225 g) boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
  • 1 small red pepper, cut into strips
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
  • 1-1/3 cups hot cooked long-grain white rice

Directions:
  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. 
  • Add meat and vegetables; cook and stir 5 to 6 min. or until meat is done.
  • Add barbecue sauce; cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve over rice.
