Quick Pork and Shrimp Stir-Fry

"Unofficial" Month of Recipes - Day 20

Stir-fry recipes are a great way to serve up dinner in less than 20 minutes.  Try our stir-fry recipe made with slices of pork tenderloin and shrimp, combined with vegetables in an Asian-inspired sauce.  As always... Kraft recipe, Kraft ingredients.

Ingredients:
  • 2 Tbsp. oil, divided
  • 1/2 lb.pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 carrots, peeled, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup green beans, blanched
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. corn starch
  • 1/2 lb. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled, deveined

Directions:
  • Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in wok or large skillet on medium-high heat. 
  • Add pork; cook 5 min. 
  • Remove to bowl.
  • Heat remaining oil in wok; add broccoli and carrots; stir-fry 3 min. 
  • Add green beans, broth and dressing. 
  • Cook 3 to 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  • Meanwhile, mix soy sauce and corn starch. 
  • Add soy sauce mixture and pork to wok; cook 1 to 2 min. or until sauce thickens. 
  • Add shrimp; cook 2 to 3 min. or until shrimp turn pink.
