Ingredients:
- 125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1-1/2 bunches broccoli, cut into florets (about 6 cups), steamed, drained
- 3 cups cauliflower florets, steamed, drained
- 1/2 cup crushed Ritz Crackers
Directions:
- Microwave cream cheese, dressing and mustard in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 to 45 sec. or until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended when stirred.
- Add vegetables; toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
