That 70's Cooking - Groceries

I am pretty certain that my Mother, or Father, very rarely took my brother and I grocery shopping when we were kids.  Either that or the trips were so traumatic I have mentally blocked them.  Now days, I block such trips because of how traumatic the prices are.

As a part of my 70's theme, I decided to do a little comparison shopping.  How much did some food staples cost then, and what do they cost now.
