Winter Budget

It started snowing early this morning and there is at least 5 cm on the ground already.  The forecast calls for another 40 cm before midday tomorrow.  The Farmer's Almanac is calling for a cold, snowy winter.  I think that, perhaps, this picture posted on Facebook is the best way for the city to use it's snow clearing budget this year.
