Ironing

It is Friday, my wife's favourite day of the work week.  Not because it is the last day before the weekend, but because she gets to wear jeans.  Tuesday to Thursday she has to dress in business casual. This means that every morning after she picks her outfit, she has to iron it.  She hates ironing.

One of the joys of being a house hubby is that my day to day wardrobe does not need to be ironed.  It was designed to be easy and ready to wear.  In the summer, I walk around the house in shorts and in the winter it is sweat pants.   If I go out, it usually pretty casual and I can wear jeans and a t-shirt, or at most, a golf shirt.

I am surprised that there is not been a lady's clothing company that has come out with a wrinkle free line of clothing or if they have my wife does not know about it. Even my most dressy clothes are wrinkle free.  A quick shake and the wrinkles disappear.  I suppose it just shows that clothing manufactures know who is willing to drag out the iron and board each and every day.
