Domesticated House Hubby - Outdoorsman Edition

We trimmed a little time off our planned seven days of travelling, and made it in five.  We made very good time, helped out by lousy weather that encouraged us to just keep on moving.  There was, however, one thing that I noticed while we were out on the road. Even on holiday, a house hubby's work is never done.

We would arrive at a camp ground, and after we got the tent set up (together), it was my job to get the air mattress pumped up, I will give my wife credit, she was the one that made the bed each day.  Yet it was I that was always preparing supper, doing the dishes, and tending to the fire.

It's not that I minded, even on holiday, I like to keep busy.  It makes the time go by faster.  It was just that one evening the thought crossed my mind that I was still tending to most of the domestic duties. And that it would make a great blog post.
